Duo Plus selects long staple wool, which naturally have smoother scales and a softer hand feel. These materials feel warm, substantial, and comfortable against the skin, not stiff or scratchy like low-grade wool.

High quality long fiber wool pills significantly less than short fiber wool. Duo Plus blankets are woven with a denser construction to resist shedding and maintain texture. Some light surface shedding may occur with new wool products, but it decreases after a few uses.
