We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3 - 7 business days. International delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item. Duo Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
