Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Duo Plus purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund.
Return Eligibility
Return window is 14 days. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@theduoplus.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item using a trackable service. We recommend keeping your receipt until your refund is confirmed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct item-for-item exchanges. If you’d like a different color or style, please complete your return first. Once your refund is processed, you can place a new order for the preferred item.
Final Sale Items
Sale and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
